Most of our signature villas include a professional cook and housekeeping team in the rental rate (or available for a modest daily fee). You only pay for groceries at direct local market prices with full itemized receipts. Your cook will handle purchasing the fresh morning catch, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to your dietary preferences.
How do we reach Watamu from Nairobi or international airports?
The easiest route is taking a 50-minute domestic flight from Nairobi (Wilson or JKIA) directly to Malindi Airport (MYD), located just 25 minutes by car from Watamu. Alternatively, you can fly into Mombasa (MBA), which is approximately a 2-hour scenic drive. We coordinate private, air-conditioned vehicle transfers directly to your villa doorstep.
Are power and water supplies reliable? Do you have backup generators?

What are the deposit, payment, and cancellation terms?
To secure your villa hold, a 50% deposit is payable via secure bank transfer or online payment link handled through Simone. The remaining 50% balance is settled before arrival or at check-in depending on property policy. Once you share dates, we place a complimentary 24-hour hold on the property while you organize flights.
